about fraegile
most of us learn how to date, how to text and how to win an argument. few of us learn how to open up. fraegile is a quiet place to practise exactly that – before, during and after a relationship.
why fraegile exists
the way we connect is shaped by patterns we rarely look at: who we trust, where we draw lines, how we react when it gets close or when it gets loud. fraegile asks about ten of these themes – trust, boundaries, intimacy, communication, conflict, self-worth, attachment, vulnerability, growth and future – one slow question at a time. every answer becomes a bubble. merge bubbles of the same topic and you start to see the pattern behind them.
how the journal is written
the journal explains the ideas behind these themes in plain language. our principles:
- grounded: we build on established psychology – attachment research, emotion research, communication and relationship science – and name our sources at the end of each article.
- honest about limits: research describes tendencies, not destinies. we avoid labels that put people in boxes and we never promise quick fixes.
- reflective, not prescriptive: every article ends with questions rather than rules. you know your life better than any article.
- reviewed and updated: articles show when they were last updated. if you find a mistake, write to us and we will correct it.
what fraegile is not
fraegile is not therapy, diagnosis or crisis support. if you are struggling, please talk to a mental health professional. if you are in danger, call your local emergency number.
your privacy
what you write in fraegile stays on your phone and, if you choose, in your own iCloud or Google Drive. it never reaches us. there are no ads and no tracking in the app, and the on-device ai never sends anything away. details are in our privacy policy.
